The present invention relates to a bearing device (1) where bearing paths are provided for a rolling element (4) and which includes an inner ring (2) and an outer ring (3) placed among rings being in contact with the bearing paths. At least one between the two rings (2, 3) includes: a shaft direction part (6a) and two radial direction parts (6b, 6c) at the end thereof; two bearing elements (7, 8) which are mounted in a casing (6) and form the bearing paths respectively; and at least one pretension element (9) which is made of an elastic material and is placed between one of the radial direction parts (6b, 6c) of the casing (6) and one of the bearing elements (8). The pretension element (9) is mounted in the casing (6) of the first ring (3) which is in frictional contact with the second ring (2) in order to apply resistance torque while one ring rotates to each other.
