<p>The element (1) has main filtering media (2) formed by succession of folds (7), where the main filtering media are made of paper material or synthetic non-woven material. Complementary filtering media (3) cover parts of main surfaces (4, 5) of the main filtering media, and are made of a polyester non-woven material. A seal (6) is arranged to attach the main filtering media and the complementary filtering media, where the seal is made of resilient material i.e. polyurethane. The main filtering media comprise two side faces (8, 9). The folds extend between the side faces.
