The arrangement has a cooling module (2) mounted at an end of a frame (1) so as to be located at level of a front face of a vehicle. A fluid tank (3) is placed in front of a face of the cooling module, where the face is directed toward front of the vehicle. An emptying element partially empties the container in the event of shock e.g. frontal shock, with the vehicle, where the element pushes the container toward the cooling module. The container is configured to compress itself under the effort of shock after the container is partially emptied.
