<p>The method involves fabricating a central body of a thin mechanical rotating piece by shaping and cutting a profiled bar. Trunnions are welded in the central body by mechanical power welding or electron-beam scanning welding process. A priming base is placed between the central body and the trunnions, and a section of the base is machined. The central body and the trunnions are made of steel, alloy steel or stainless steel. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a thin mechanical rotating piece.</p> |
