A display device, a mounting device for a driver IC, and a mounting method of a driver IC are disclosed. The display device comprises: a lower substrate having a thin film transistor; an upper substrate having a color filter and attached to a part of the lower substrate; a driver IC equipped on the lower substrate where the upper substrate is not attached; a plurality of bumper units present at each tip of the driver IC; and a bumper deformation preventing unit disposed in between the plurality of bumper units in order to prevent deformation of the driver IC.
