The present invention provides fried laver with egg shell powder which contains 50% of laver, 28% of glutinous rice, 12% of stock (anchovy, sea tangle, radish, and spring onion), 5% of egg shell powder, 4% of olive oil, and 1% of edible salt. The fried laver with egg shell powder is obtained by the following steps: (1) boiling anchovy, sea tangle, radish, and spring onion to obtain concentrate; (2) pulverizing glutinous rice, and mixing with a result from step (1); (3) spreading the obtained glutinous rice gruel on laver, and coating the laver with egg shell powder (drying); (4) drying, and frying the result in olive oil before packaging the laver in 70 g each; and packaging 20 small packages of laver in one box. |
