The present invention relates to a form rolling device for providing convenience in manufacturing and a jack base manufacturing method using the same. According to the present invention, provided are a form rolling device comprising: a loading die (31) having multiple raw material pipes (P) of a long rod form which are arranged on top of each other; a first supplying means (32) equipped in the loading die (31) to individually supply the raw material pipes (P); an arranging die (33) located on the rear end of the loading die (31) to arrange the raw material pipes (P) supplied by the first supplying means (32) in a line; a second supplying means (34) equipped in the arranging die (33) for individually supplying the raw material pipes (P); a guide line (36) located on the rear end of the arranging die (33) having a long groove corresponding to the raw material pipe (P) in order to individually mount the raw material pipe (P) supplied by the second supplying means (34); a feeding means (35) which is located on one side of the guide line (36), and which consists of a feeder (37) to transfer the raw material pipe (P) to a longitudinal direction; and a form rolling die located in the front of the feeding means (35) to form a screw thread in an outer circumference surface of the raw material pipe (P), and a jack base manufacturing method using the same. |
