Apparatus for producing a mixture of plastic polymers with finely divided inorganic filler, for a thermoplastic processing in a plastic industry, by performing plasma pretreatment of the fillers, by which the surfaces of the fillers form reactive groups, which are introduced into the plastic polymer during a mixing of a chemical compound, to obtain a firm adhesion of the fillers with the plastic polymers, is claimed.
