摘要 Disclosed is a data recovery apparatus for recovering data of a multilevel cell flash memory in which a least significant bit (LSB) page and a most significant bit (MSB) page pair with each other in a paired page structure and are programmed. A charge scatter diagram forming unit changes voltage difference applied per step pulse of an incremental step pulse program (ISPP) manner in programming the LSB page to form a desired form of charge scatter diagram per cell. A sensing pointer shifting unit shifts a cell voltage sensing pointer on the basis of a threshold voltage point if a loss of power occurs in programming the MSB page. A data recovery unit compares the charge scatter diagrams of the MSB page, based on the shifted cell voltage sensing pointer, to recover data of the LSB page. According to the present invention, the paired page data can be recovered for a sudden loss of power occurring in the multilevel cell flash memory, and a quick recovery time can be secured without an additional delay time.
