The present invention relates to a distribution control structure of an air compressor system. The air compressor system composed of a plurality of small amount air compressors is provided to control each air compressor, thereby facilitating control according to necessary air amount and load control and maintenance according to a temperature and pressure state. The distribution control structure of the air compressor system comprises a compressor case which receives a plurality of air compressors of the air compressor system in a separated state, a control unit which is installed in the outside of the compressor case and controls the air compressor, and a display unit which displays the compression pressure of air set by a control PCB, temperature, and operation time. The control unit comprises a power relay corresponding to the air compressor. The control unit comprises a power PCB and the control PCB. The power PCB comprises a plurality of connection terminals for connecting the air compressor and the power relay. The control PCB comprises an air amount control logic which independently controls each power relay.
