PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new methods for growing bulk organic crystalline layers, heterojunctions and films made by such methods, and organic photosensitive devices using the same.SOLUTION: A hot inert carrier gas, where temperature affecting crystallinity is adjusted, is infused together with an evaporated organic material which emanates from a source cell. The organic vapor phase deposition, which includes transportation to a cooled substrate for deposition, is utilized for growing, to a substrate, bulk organic crystalline layers for organic photosensitive devices, heterojunctions and films. |
