PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an influence of floating capacitance caused by wiring between a pad to which an external oscillator is attached and an internal circuit in a semiconductor integrated circuit having the external oscillator to achieve an oscillation circuit.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit comprises: a semiconductor substrate; an inverter 32 having an input terminal connected to a first pad P1 via first resistance R1 and a first capacitor CAC and an output terminal connected to a second pad P2 via second resistance R2 and third resistance RD; a feedback element 33 which is connected between the input terminal of the inverter and a node between the second resistance and the third resistance, and composes an oscillation block together with the inverter; a second capacitor CG which is connected between a node between the first resistance and the first capacitor and a substrate potential, and arranged between the first pad and the oscillation block; and a third capacitor CD which is connected between a node between the second resistance and the third resistance and the substrate potential, and arranged between the second pad and the oscillation block. |
