PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately execute operation of a license managed in an external network environment regarding an electronic apparatus in an environment where the apparatus cannot be connected to an external network.SOLUTION: An apparatus management system comprises a mediation device that is connected to a license management device and a program management device through a network, and an apparatus management device that is connected to an electronic apparatus through a network. The mediation device records a program acquired from the program management device and a license file acquired from the license management device in an external storage means. The apparatus management device transmits the program and the license file recorded in the external storage means to the electronic apparatus. |
