PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-phase continuous reactor capable of achieving desired mixing and/or uniformizing by relative rotation of a screw and a barrel during transportation of components in the axial direction between the screw and the barrel.SOLUTION: A liquid-phase continuous reactor 10 including a screw 12 in a barrel 14 is described as follows: the screw and the barrel are relatively rotatable; a mixing area is specified therebetween; the barrel has at least one inlet 20, 22 for introducing components to be mixed and an outlet 18 for taking out a product from the barrel; the screw has at least one spiral groove 26; relative rotation between the screw and the barrel is adapted so that the components are transported in the axial direction between the screw and the barrel during mixing of the components, and that the product is pushed out through the outlet; and the surface area of a land between the spiral groove in the mixing area constitutes at least 50% of a screw surface. |
