PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game control device, a game control method, a program, and a game system for enabling users to be motivated to play a plurality of games.SOLUTION: A game control device according to the present invention includes: execution means for executing a first game on the basis of a user's input; acquisition means for acquiring information about an execution history of a game executed by the user before the first game is executed; and granting means which, on the basis of the information, grants privilege in accordance with the number of games other than the first game executed by the user during execution of the first game to be an N-1-th to an N-th games or the number of execution times of other games by the same user to the user with timing with which the first game is executed for the N-th times (N is an integer equal to 2 or larger).
