PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion material having high thermoelectric performance by using a material of high environmental safety.SOLUTION: In a thermoelectric conversion material where metal nanoparticles protected by a dispersant are dispersed into a water-soluble conductive polymer, dispersibility of the metal nanoparticles is enhanced using a dispersant having a functional group adsorbing or connecting to the metal nanoparticles and a hydrophilic functional group, thus increasing the thermoelectric figure of merit. The functional group adsorbing or connecting to the metal nanoparticles includes a mercapto group, and the like, and the hydrophilic functional group includes a carboxy group, and the like. |
