PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomimetic water membrane comprising aquaporin used in generation of salinity power which generates energy which is pure and environmentally-friendly by using a natural principle.SOLUTION: In the generation of salinity power, a membrane comprising aquaporin is used. Preferably, a lipid bimolecular layer into which reconstituted aquaporin channel is incorporated is provided. For example, aquaporin is incorporated between porous support material or aquaporin, instead of that, surrounds extremely hydrophobic porous support material. Further, salinity power generation equipment is also provided. |
