PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocker molding and a vehicle side part structure which improve the appearance quality of a vehicle in a vehicle side surface view.SOLUTION: A rocker 20 composed of a rocker inner panel 24 and a rocker outer panel 22 is disposed at the lower side of a vehicle side part. Further, a rocker molding 30 is attached to the rocker outer panel 22. At the lower part side of the rocker molding 30, a protruding part 40 is formed and a sound absorption material 50 is attached. Furthermore, an extension part 38 is provided at the outer side of the protruding part 40 when viewed in a vehicle width direction, and the extension part 38 overlaps on the sound absorption material 50. |
