MANUFACTURING METHOD AND FIXATION STRUCTURE FOR PRE-STRESSED CONCRETE MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a fixation section while securing necessary fixation strength.SOLUTION: A manufacturing process for a pre-stressed concrete member comprises: a tensioning process to introduce pre-stress into a concrete member by applying tension to a PC stranded wire inserted into a sheath pipe embedded in the concrete member and bearing plates arranged at both edge faces thereof; a filling process to fill a filling material inside the sheathe pipe; and a release process to release the tension of the PC stranded wire after strength of the filling material is developed and to remove the bearing plates. The PC stranded wire is provided with a metal fixture which is arranged inside the sheath pipe and preliminarily fixed thereto through pressure bonding.
