The invention relates to a method for transforming images in multidimensional spaces, which involves selecting combinations of image pixels, calculating, for each combination of pixels, a distance between each pair of pixels and an intensity for each pixel, and generating a cloud of dots in multidimensional spaces, by means of assigning each combination of pixels a point in the multidimensional spaces having coordinates which correspond to values selected among the distances, intensities and a combination. The invention also describes a method for identifying objects and individuals, a segmentation method, a method for locating points of interest and the uses thereof, all based on the transformation method.
