Swimming goggles of the present invention allow a swimmer to see the end of the pool without moving their head while swimming in backstroke. Using a light reflector, a swimmer can view through a backstroke viewing window to view along the backstroke moving direction. Preferred embodiments of the present invention reduce the chance for injury while helping backstroke swimming efficiency. |
