The LED module (101,201,301) has a support side portion (2) that is mounted with a carrier (3) with several semiconductor light sources (5). The reflective layer (9) is arranged at a radiation pattern of the semiconductor light sources. Another reflective layer (8) is formed in a radiation side (7) at the inner space of the LED module. An aperture (6) is formed in an optical path of the LED module. An optical diffusing layer (10) with minimal absorption function, is arranged in the optical path.
