摘要 Disclosed is a bypass pipe structure for transferring solid-liquid slurry to lift manganese nodules from the seabed. The bypass pipe structure for transferring solid-liquid slurry comprises: a main pipe in which crushed manganese nodules are lifted and moved; a lift pump formed on the main pipe to lift the crushed manganese nodules; a bypass valve housing horizontally formed above the lift pump; a bypass valve body formed inside the bypass valve housing and operated when the main pipe is clogged or the lift pump is malfunctioned; a bypass pipe passage penetrating the bypass valve body; and a bypass pipe divided from the main pipe and connected to the bypass pipe passage. When the main pipe is clogged or the lift pump is malfunctioned, a main pipe passage is closed by the operation of the bypass valve body so that the crushed manganese nodules can be discharged through the bypass pipe. At this time, the bypass valve body is horizontally operated by a hydraulic actuator.
