A reinforced structure of an opening part for a tail-gate, which is formed at the rear part of a vehicle, according to the present invention comprises an upper member constituting the vertical side of an opening part for a tail-gate and having, at the lower end, a combination part having a horizontally folded shape; a back panel connected to the combination part to constitute the horizontal side of the opening part for a tail-gate; and a reinforcing material mounted at the end of the back panel to be inserted into the combination part. The combination part includes a first combination surface formed to face forward, a second combination surface folded from the first combination surface to face upward, and a third combination surface folded from the second combination surface to face backward. The reinforcing material has the shape of a panel and is folded to face the first combination surface, the second combination surface and the third combination surface. The present invention having the above-mentioned composition can increase joint stiffness because the upper member and the back panel can be welded in the regions of three or more surfaces. Also the reinforcing material according to the present invention can increase joint stiffness further without increasing the weight of the vehicle by increasing weldable regions while keeping a size similar to an existing bulkhead.
