PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit which can drive a transistor stably for a long period.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises a transistor group composed of series-connected plurality of transistors. Some the selected transistors always maintain on operations, and the other transistors perform switching operations as transistors for control. By switching roles of the transistors which always maintain on operations and transistors for control on a timely basis, variation in threshold voltage of the transistor in one direction is inhibited and the transistor can be stably driven for a long period.
