PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct, in an image reading device conveying a document by switching conveyance path to read the document, a reading result according to the conveyance path.SOLUTION: An image reading device includes a paper feed tray, a conveying unit, a reading unit, a CPU, and a tray plate, and has a first conveyance path and a second conveyance path therein for conveying a document. The CPU turns on a flag according to a state of the tray plate (S4 and S6), and sets one of the conveyance paths for conveying a document. The CPU then reads the document conveyed along the set conveyance path, and performs correction processing on magnification in a sub-scanning direction of a read image that has been read, the correction processing being different due to the use of a reference different depending on the conveyance path along which the document has been conveyed (S18 and S20). |
