PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience when a user utilizes a plurality of services.SOLUTION: A log data bank comprises: a collection unit that collects log data of a plurality of users from a plurality of services; a disclosure level setting unit that can set a disclosure level of the collected log data to each service for each user; and a provision control unit that controls provision of the collected log data to the plurality of services on the basis of the set disclosure level. The present technique can be applied to, for example, a server for managing log data of a plurality of network services.
