PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an increase in an electric resistance value due to diffusion of a metal component of a wiring conductor into a ferrite layer.SOLUTION: A coil built-in wiring board 1 has, in longitudinal section view, a ferrite layer which has an end including a cut 11b, a wiring conductor 12 which is provided extending in the thickness direction of the ferrite layer from a main surface of the ferrite layer to a side face via the cut 11b, and a coil conductor 13 which is provided in the ferrite layer. The thickness of the wiring conductor 12 at a part provided to the cut 11b is larger than each of thicknesses provided to the main surface and side face. |
