PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baby carriage capable of making only the wheel of an advancing-direction front side rotatable around a vertical line axis in both of a rear surface hand-pushed state and a confrontation hand-pushed state.SOLUTION: Vertically slidable locking members 47a and 47b are arranged on the side parts of caster holders respectively fixed to the lower parts of a front leg 12 and a rear leg 14, recesses 45a and 45b are formed in a caster shaft to be selectively engaged by the locking members when a front wheel 11 or a rear wheel 13 is directed in the straightly advancing direction, lead wires 50a and 50b having both ends connected to the locking members of the front leg side and the rear leg side are inserted into the front leg and the rear leg, the lead wires inserted into the front leg and the rear leg are connected to a lock switching operation member 54 slidably fixed to the front leg and a connecting tool 51 vertically movable together with the lock switching operation member 54 in the front leg and, by sliding of the lock switching operation member 54, the locking member 47a or 47b of the front wheel side or the rear wheel side is selectively engaged with the corresponding recess 45a or 45b arranged in the caster shaft. |
