PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that has a capacitor unit including a stack of a plurality capacitor elements.SOLUTION: There is provided a capacitor unit 90 including a stack of a plurality of capacitor elements 83a to 83c. Each of the elements 83a to 83c has a tabular substrate 23 with valve action; a first function layer 31 including a dielectric oxide film, a solid electrolyte layer, and an electrode layer 26a that are sequentially stacked on a first surface 23a of the substrate 23; a second function layer including a dielectric oxide film, a solid electrolyte layer, and an electrode layer that are sequentially stacked on a second surface of the substrate 23; and positive electrode portions 21 provided at four corners 39a to 39d of the first surface 23a of the substrate. The capacitor unit 90 is connected to a plurality of connection electrodes 56 via bonding wires 62. |
