PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modifier for a polyolefin resin giving excellent wettability to water or the like to a polyolefin resin base material containing a polyolefin resin without degrading resin physical properties of the polyolefin resin base material, and to provide a polyolefin resin composition containing the modifier and the polyolefin resin.SOLUTION: A modifier for a polyolefin resin that contains a copolymer having polyolefin and unsaturated monocarboxylic acid as constitutional units and having an acid value of 50 to 250 mgKOH/g, and a polyolefin resin composition containing the modifier and the polyolefin resin are provided. |
