The present invention is a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery including an electrode assembly and a non-aqueous electrolyte, the electrode assembly having a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a separator separating the positive electrode and the negative electrode, the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery characterized in that the separator has a three-layer laminated structure, the melting point of the middle layer being lower than either of the two outer layers, and the non-aqueous electrolyte including lithium bis(oxalato)borate. |
