The present invention relates to a system and a method for discounting the membership fee of a mutual aid related to a substitute driving and more specifically, to a membership fee discounting system of a mutual aid related to a substitute driving and a method thereof in order to return accumulated money to the membership fee of the mutual aid according to substitute driving usages. For the forementioned, the present invention includes: a mutual aid company server which registers a member in a mutual aid service as a discount object member by a member certification request of the mutual aid service member and charges a fee by receiving mileage which is accumulated for a specific period of the discount object member from a substitute driving server (20) of a substitute driving company which is affiliated with the member and deducting the amount of return money which corresponds to the mileage from the mutual aid membership fee of the next month; the substitute driving server (20) which provides the mileage accumulated for the specific period for the mutual aid company server (10) after performing a substitute driving when the substitute driving is requested by a customer who is registered in the mutual aid company server (10) as a discount object member and accumulating mileage which is generated by the usage of the substitute driving for each discount object member; and a financial payment server (30) which pays a mutual aid membership fee from the payment account of the corresponding discount object member by a request of the mutual aid membership fee from the mutual aid company server (10).
