The present invention relates to a paint composition for outer surface of a high temperature sterilization bottle can and more specifically, to a composition which solves problems due to the softening of a coating layer by being sprayed on the outer surface of a bottle can when the bottle can is sterilized at high temperatures or is stored at a heating cabinet and exhibits excellent workability. The high temperature sterilization paint composition for the outer surface of a bottle can of the present invention comprises: a size paint including 50-80 parts by weight of polyester resin, 10-30 parts by weight of isocyanate resin and 10-30 parts by weight of epoxy resin based on 100 parts by weight of a resin composition; and a over varnish paint including 50-80 parts by weight of polyester resin and 30-60 parts by weight of benzoguanamine resin based of 100 parts by weight of the resin composition.
