PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring camera controller which, in the case of monitoring and controlling plural monitoring cameras from multiple points, is capable of suppressing a load on a network and easily controlling a specific monitoring camera from multiple points.SOLUTION: A first monitoring camera controller for controlling plural monitoring cameras is additionally provided with functions controlled by a second monitoring camera controller, and is recognized as a monitoring camera from the second monitoring camera controller, and synthesizes, as one image, images from the monitoring cameras to transmit to the second monitoring camera controller. The first monitoring camera controller recognized as the monitoring camera is controlled using the portion or all of the controlled functions of panning, tilting, and zooming, thereby controlling the monitoring cameras or acquiring the images. |
