PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator buffer capable of dealing with a plurality of rated speeds without losing necessary deceleration performance.SOLUTION: An elevator buffer comprises: a base cylinder having an oil chamber filled with hydraulic oil; a plunger part including at least one plunger having an oil chamber sequentially communicated with the oil chamber of the base cylinder, sequentially connected from the base cylinder in a nested state and sequentially slidable to the base cylinder or an adjacent plunger according to the hydraulic oil, elongated at no load time, and contracted at load application time; a return function part connected to the oil chamber of the base cylinder and configured to generate a force for always returning the plunger part to the elongated state; and a return force adjustment part for adjusting the force generated by the return mechanism part. An orifice hole is formed in the base cylinder, and a control rod is firmly fixed to one plunger of the plunger part. |
