PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensor drive device capable of reducing artifact caused by 1/f noise.SOLUTION: An image sensor drive device includes a conversion unit that extracts an image signal from an image sensor in which a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements are arranged two-dimensionally, and applying offset-correction on the image signal to convert into digital data. In response to a synchronization signal that determines a frame rate for picking up images, the image sensor drive device acquires a first sampling number of digital data by allowing the conversion unit to process a reference voltage signal, allows the conversion unit to process the reference voltage signal for each extraction of image signals from a photoelectric conversion element group in which the plurality of photoelectric conversion elements are divided, to acquire a second sampling number of digital data. On the basis of the acquired first and second sampling number of digital data, the image sensor drive device generates a correction value used for the offset correction.
