PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of liquid seasoning and food products filled in a bag-shaped resin container, which allows the liquid seasoning and food products having excellent flowability to be easily discharged from the container in use and sufficiently prevents the liquid from remaining at the spout or the inner face of the container.SOLUTION: The liquid seasoning filled in a bag-shaped resin container includes oil content (e.g. chicken essential and rapeseed oil) and a viscosity modifier (e.g. xanthan gum, processed starch, guar gum, and tamarind gum), having a solid content concentration of 15 to 100 mass% and a viscosity of 200 to 5500 cp (20°C). A spout (inner diameter: 3 to 30 mm, length: 10 to 100 mm) is attached to the bag-shaped resin container. |
