PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which can become an adhesive composition which is a material to form an adhesive layer containing a polyurethane-based resin, where the resin composition as is has a sufficiently long pot life in a storing stage and, on the other hand, a crosslinking reaction proceeds promptly, and to provide an adhesive comprising such a resin composition, and a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet and a surface protecting film formed by using such the adhesive.SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises a polyol (A) having two or more OH groups, a polyfunctional isocyanate compound (B), a catalyst (C) and a compound (D) which undergoes keto-enol tautomerism. A content ratio of the polyfunctional isocyanate compound (B) to 100 weight parts of the polyol A) is 1 weight part to 100 weight parts and the catalyst (C) is an iron-based compound having iron as an active center. |
