PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle heat pump device capable of effectively using heat of an element member.SOLUTION: A vehicle heat pump device includes: a motor-driven compressor which compresses a refrigerant and discharges the refrigerant; and a high temperature side water refrigerant heat exchanger which causes heat to be radiated from the high temperature/high pressure refrigerant discharged from the motor-driven compressor to a first coolant introduced from the exterior of the vehicle heat pump device. The high temperature side water refrigerant heat exchanger encloses the motor-driven compressor and contacts with the motor-driven compressor so as to conduct heat exchange therebetween. |
