Embodiments of the present invention provide a device, a method and a user equipment used for power supply. The device comprises: a battery cell, a switching device, a boost circuit, a state detecting circuit and a logic control circuit. The switching circuit is connected to a current passage of the battery cell. The boost circuit, connected in parallel to the current passage, is used to boost output pressure of the battery cell. The state detecting circuit is used to detect a state of the battery cell and a state of the device and generate a state signal. The logic control circuit is used to receive the state signal from the state detecting circuit, and control the switching device according to the state signal, that is, when the battery cell is in an abnormal charging state, control the switching device to break the current passage, and when the boosted pressure does not need to operate, control the switching device to perform breakover on the current passage. According to the embodiments of the present invention, with the logic control circuit controlling the switching device, the charging protection on the battery cell and a bypass function of the boost circuit can be implemented, which thereby may reduce extra impedance, and may improve operating efficiency.
