Organic-inorganic composite particles, each of which contains an inorganic particle and an organic polymer, and wherein: the inorganic particle is not subjected to a modification treatment for introducing a polymerizable reactive group to the surface; the organic polymer is composed of a hydrophilic block (A) that is arranged on the surface of the inorganic particle and is formed of a first polymer, and a hydrophobic block (B) that is laminated on the outer surface of the hydrophilic block (A) and is formed of a second polymer; and the surface free energies of the inorganic particle, the first polymer and the second polymer satisfy the condition expressed by formula (1).
