A coiled tubing injector skate having rollers that independently adjust position to more uniformly distribute roller loading forces is provided. The skate includes a frame and at least one roller having a roller shaft with a first end retained by the frame and a second end retained by the frame. A first resiliently compressible material is disposed between the first end of the roller shaft and the frame.
