<p>[Problem] To provide a wireless communications control method and device, in a wireless communications system capable of effectively suppressing the frequent occurrence of handovers of a mobile terminal having a variety of travel speeds. [Solution] A wireless communications system comprising: a handover history analysis unit (102) that finds the handover frequency between a first cell (35B) and a second cell (35A) as experienced by a mobile terminal (10), from the handover history of the mobile terminal; a mobile terminal selection unit (103) that selects mobile terminals for which handover between the first cell and the second cell should be suppressed, on the basis of the handover frequency; and a handover suppression unit (104) that suppresses handover between the first and second cells, for the mobile terminal selected for handover suppression.</p> |
