The present invention relates to a protective barriers assembly and provides a protective barriers assembly which enables caution sign units to be easily installed, exchanged and separately removed, prevents damage of the protective barrier when exchanging and separately removing caution sign units, and enables caution sign units to be easily moved, by mounting various caution sign units on protective barriers by mounting a guard rail on protective barriers and using a combining unit combined to be detachable to a guard rail.
