PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve, in a karaoke shop, both enhancing the turnover of rooms in a situation where the usage ratio of rooms in the shop is close to 100% to increase the number of new users with higher motivations to order drinks and foods than the number of users who extend their stay, and alleviating a rapid reduction in the usage ratio in a situation where there is less expectation of new users visiting the shop and decrease in the usage ratio is predicted, so as to constantly increase the revenue according to the operation situation.SOLUTION: When a usage period of time of a room reserved by a user is reduced to a predetermined period or less, whether guidance to an extended use, including movement to another empty room, is performed is determined in accordance with an empty room status of the entire karaoke shop and a reservation status of new users. Further, when an extended use is accepted, an empty room is looked for in accordance with the number of users at the extension, and allows the users to refer to an empty room available for the number of users. |
