PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve low power consumption and high noise resistance regarding an oscillation circuit.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a first terminal and a second terminal which are connected to both ends of a crystal oscillator, respectively; an inverter circuit with an input being connected to the first terminal and an output being connected to the second terminal; feedback resister for connecting the first terminal and the second terminal; a variable capacity connected to at least one of the first terminal and the second terminal; and a control circuit. The control circuit performs control so as to make both of driving capacity of the inverter circuit and capacitance value of the variable capacity become larger in a second mode than in a first mode. |
