PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge and discharge control device capable of achieving safe and stable charge and discharge control according to a use state of a storage battery without causing over-charging and over-discharging .SOLUTION: The charge and discharge control device includes: a charge device 3 that converts system AC power into DC power and supplies the power to a storage battery 2; a discharge device 4 that converts DC power discharged by the storage battery 2 into AC power and supplies the power to a system AC power supply 1; a storage battery use state detection device that detects a use state of the storage battery 2; a charge control device 5 that is included in the charge device 3 and controls charging into the storage battery 2; a discharge control device 6 that is included in the discharge device 4 and controls charging from the storage battery 2; and a response speed changing device that receives an output of the storage battery use state detection device and changes a parameter for determining response speeds of the charge control device 5 and the discharge control device 6 according to the use state of the storage battery 2. |
