PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery collector plate capable of connecting the cathode and anode of a power generation element at corresponding electrode positions of a battery case with high position accuracy, and a battery cell provided with such a collector plate.SOLUTION: An anode collector member of a battery has the anode of a power generation element housed in a battery case electrically and mechanically connected to the battery case. The anode collector member 18 has a coupling section 181 coupled to the anode of the power generation element and an elastic section 182 protruding in shape of an arc from the coupling section 181 toward the battery case. The elastic section 182 is connected at one end 183 and/or the other end 184 thereof to the coupling section 181 and has, in a portion between the opposite ends 183 and 184, a contact section 185 abutting on the surface of the battery case. |
