Provided are: an organic photoelectric conversion element capable of detecting a plurality of wavelength regions, using a single element structure; an imaging device; and an optical sensor. An organic photoelectric conversion section including at least two organic semiconductor materials having different spectral sensitivities is provided between a first electrode and a second electrode and is used as the photoelectric conversion element. The wavelength sensitivity characteristics of this photoelectric conversion element change in accordance with the voltage (bias voltage) applied between the first and second electrodes. This photoelectric conversion element is mounted on the imaging device or the optical sensor.
